21 May 2019: Missionary Work is an Upside-down Door
Hello everybody!
We
had to drop Janet's date, because she will be going to Iowa for a
while. Yesterday we had a lesson with her solely about the Atonement of
Jesus Christ. It was a powerful lesson. Friends, whenever we have a bad
day, or anything goes wrong in our lives, we can know with a surety,
that Jesus Christ knows exactly what we are going through. As we
come to understand the depth of the Atonement of Jesus Christ, our love
for Him and our Father in Heaven will deepen. We will grow in our desire
to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

If none of you
got that reference, it will be the only time I quote a song from
Frozen. I know its a stretch, but I had to find a quote to find that
would adequately describe the picture that I attached below. It was a
super sketchy apartment complex that we had to leave because of the
uneasy feeling we got.
We
are teaching a lady named Camille in a really sketchy part of town, but
it is so cool teaching her because you can see the Spirit working on
her in her own unique way. She will be baptized on the 6th of July.

We
had interviews with President Youngblood on Friday. Mine went really
well. We just discussed how I can better help my stewardship.
It was a great week! Hope you have a great week everyone!
Elder Lovell
